Sign up using Chelsea for all scheduled play days.
Sign up deadline is noon on Saturday for play the following Tuesday. You can sign up for play up to two weeks in advance. If you are unsure if you can play, it is better to sign up to play and cancel if needed. Removing a player is easier than adding a player for the pairing team.
After Saturday Noon: Add/Cancel Line - 480-317-3650 Option #3 - use this line if you want to add or cancel after the Saturday noon deadline and before noon on Sunday. You will be added to the pairings.
After Noon on Sunday: If you need to add or cancel after noon on Sunday, call the Pro Shop (480-895-1159 Option #7) by Tuesday morning. If adding and space permitting, you will be added. However, you will be playing your own ball, will not be part of the scheduled game. You will not be elible for chits that day and you will need to post your own score. You may post Chip-Ins and Birdies on the bulletin board. You may report any League Day Hole-in-Ones.
